hvoss member Marches Family Network Is looking for Youth Support Workers, Volunteers and Trustees!

 We are a unique, well-established, registered charity providing valued support and opportunities for children and young people with a disability or additional needs.

 Due to increasing demand for our services, we are recruiting for support workers and volunteers to help at our Saturday term time activity days in Herefordshire and/or South Shropshire, term-time evening youth clubs in Hereford and Leominster and weekday sessions in school holidays.

We are looking for enthusiastic, fun loving people with a genuine passion for enabling all children and young people achieve their potential, good team working and communication skills.

We offer a free enhanced DBS check, high quality training and the chance to develop many valuable transferable skills. Previous experience of working with young people, including those with additional needs is desirable. Does this sound like you?

Paid worker positions are available for candidates 17 years old and above, and volunteer roles from the age of 16. Current pay is £9.20 per hour and volunteer expenses will be paid.

We are also seeking people from various walks of life, including accounting, IT, HR and education/social care to join and strengthen our Trustee Board.  If you have a genuine interest in promoting opportunities for children and young people and can spare around two hours a month to really make a difference to the lives of children, young people and their families, this could be you.
